Must have a LOT of horsepower to make this rocky approach out of the pounding Oregon surf into the ‘World’s Smallest Harbor’, Depoe Bay, Oregon. The skipper waffled and backed up on the first approach, then made this successful run. Would’ve been worth their affordable charter fee just to take this ride! Note that Depoe IS the harbor featured in the movie ‘One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest’. The bridge here is filmed from the other side in the movie…
